The story starts out with an orphan stealing a roast, the basic story is about a man who is trying to find someone that resembles the lost prince of Carthya because he is trying to pass off a fake prince in order to stop civil war. There is a major twist in the whole story and it really catches you by surprise but it does hint or forshadow it throughout the entirity of the book. The point of view is from the orphan named Sage and the reader follows through and sees how he thinks but not in an "reader knows everything" kind of way but in one where Sage is bascially talking to the reader and explaining. It's an amazing book!
